Tickets are available for the Spirit Brunch VIP experience, which is part of the 2nd annual Spirit of Texas Festival, presented by H-E-B’s Creamy Creations. The brunch will be from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Sunday, March 25 at Wolf Pen Creek Park in College Station, Texas.
During the Spirit Brunch, guests can satisfy their cravings for $25, which gets them five offerings from the top 25 food trucks in Texas and 2 free cocktails. Tickets are now available at http://sotxfest.com/vip-spirit-brunch/.
“We are excited to be presenting the Spirit Brunch,” said Cynthia Caronna, the festival’s executive director. “The Spirit of Texas Festival is truly about celebrating Texas and our community, and what better way to do that than tasting the best food the state has to offer and supporting local charities! We are also excited to be hosting three musical acts for our VIP Spirit Brunchers to enjoy.”
The brunch will include several musical performances, including:
- Voices of Praise, which is the only Gospel Choir affiliated with Texas A&M University.
- Century Singers, which is a Texas A&M concert choir made up of 65 men and women
- Unity, a gospel group of seven singers from Navasota. The group, which has released four albums, earned a nomination at the 3rd Annual Steeple Awards, which celebrates Gospel Artists.
Guests are invited to linger after the brunch to take advantage of the festival’s other offerings, which include diverse musical performances, IDEA Village educational pods geared to students of all ages, a Trading Village, a performance area for future stars of Texas and the Pony Hop Rodeo. In addition, the winners of the Curbside Smackdown food truck competition will be announced later in the day.
The Spirit of Texas Festival is supporting nonprofits whose work affect the lives of youth: the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Brazos Valley; Von’s Vision (founded by Texas A&M football legend Von Miller); K9s4Kids; and Mobility Worldwide.
